Review of the short film "childish" 

The short film “childish” is a low-cost student film that has a good idea and has been able to present its content to the audience. In this film, we see a few minutes of the life of a man who is facing a mental challenge and decides to share a big secret with his sister, which will change her sister's fate with this disclosure.

It is a difficult task to depict the revelation of a truth, in a particular situation, in about three and a half minutes (film time). Playing this role is also a challenge for any actor.

At the beginning of the film, the director has helped to show his inner challenge by approaching the character and using a close-up view of the male actor (Mojtabi Salimian). But at the end of the film, when the main character shares his secret with his sister and sees her reaction, there is no close-up, and the actor has managed to convey the feeling of bewilderment and anger in his face and his body.

Short films of 1 to 5 minutes are generally either related to the executive idea of the director or related to the story idea and acting of the actors who have helped the film in the childish of the story and the acting of the actors.
