Synopsis

“Adrift” is a story about a group of friends who go on a short trip. Then suddenly one of them gets lost which causes things to happen and secrets to be revealed.

I have started directing career with theater…

For years, I tried so hard to keep the theater light on in my country…

For years, I fought with economic and social problems and being ignored by the authorities, and I always tried to seek for light in the midst of darkness and discrimination…

Now, in my first experience of making a feature film based on a real and bitter incident, despite difficult conditions of the Corona pandemic and the lack of financial and spiritual support from the government, I am looking to remind people that honesty, justice,perseverance and love for people are the most important issues that cause happiness in every society and also respect for wonen’s rights is necessary for every civilized and free society…

The sun was dead and no one even knew that the name of that sad pigeon who has escaped from our hearts is faith…

"Adrift" film is based on a true story. This film tells the story of conflicts, differences, interactions and the lives of friends who each have different problems and concerns. From another point of view, Adrift is about a small modern global community. A society in which discipline and collective wisdom have been sacrificed to selfishness, pretense and individual concerns.
