Modernity has had a great impact on improving human performance in all aspects of life. From increasing time for leisure to facilitating daily tasks, it is one of the advantages of leaping to the modern world and technology. In recent decades, the development of societies has been growing rapidly. On the other hand, despite these advances, problems such as class differences, poverty, social issues, cultural and economic instability still affect people's present and future. At the same time as these issues, the mind of modern man has expanded and has a more curious, perfectionist and accurate view in all aspects of life. And with the knowledge he gets daily from technology and social media, he is unconsciously involved in comparing himself with the modern world. These thoughts sometimes lead to fear of the future, a feeling of backwardness, and a feeling of inadequacy for people.
